SIVAL 2026

26 January 2026

RED Horticulture took part in the 39th edition of SIVAL, which closed its doors last week at the Parc des Expositions in Angers after three intense days on January 13th, 14th and 15th, 2026. Nearly 24,000 visitors attended this event.

We were at SIVAL 2026!

This year, more than 700 exhibitors showcased their innovations across 34,000 m². SIVAL once again confirmed its role as a leading platform for expertise, innovation and strategic discussions, with conferences and forums all focused on the challenges facing horticulture and plant production.

For the 6th consecutive year, we were proud to take part in SIVAL, right in the heart of France’s leading horticultural and nursery-growing region. At RED Horticulture, SIVAL is more than a trade show, it is a key opportunity for us to reconnect with our ambassadors, partners and growers, to exchange on current and future projects, and to introduce our dynamic lighting solutions to an ever-growing professional audience.

This new edition once again confirmed the strong interest in our approach, combining 3 pillars lighting technology, agronomic expertise and data-driven insights. It also allowed us to highlight the results achieved in the field with our partner growers, reinforcing our commitment to performance and sustainability.

Three days of meaningful exhanges

It is always a pleasure for our team to reconnect with growers and our ambassadors in a friendly, collaborative setting.

Our relationships go beyond supplier-client interactions-we engage with them daily to stay close to their needs.

Our agronomist, Paul VAILHEN, attests:

“We work on lighting recipes that are tailored for each grower needs and greenhouses configuration through MyRed”.

Our agronomy team also made a tangible impact, sharing day-to-day experiences and discussing practical challenges with growers. We distributed tomatoes from our trial at PARC, giving visitors a clear demonstration of what light can do and introducing them to photobiology.

Several visitors asked, “Are the tomatoes good even without sunlight?” or “But isn’t it out of season?” This is exactly the point of our indoor facilities: we are not influenced by external factors, allowing us to test and optimize our lighting spectra. The reaction was particularly strong when they saw the results on tomato plants grown under a RED Horticulture light recipe compared to a standard spectrum-plants that were smaller and less developed.

Throughout the three days, our booth became a hub for dialogue, demonstrations, and discovery. This year, visitors had the opportunity to explore:

– Our new RED-T luminaire, unveiled for the first time at SIVAL
– MyRED, our software dedicated to monitoring and optimizing lighting strategies
– Concrete agronomic results, based on trials and real production data

According to Thierry MENTIERES, Business Manager France :

“Edition after edition, what stands out is the quality of the discussions. Visitors come with concrete projects and a desire to understand the agronomic impact of our solutions.”

MyRED at SIVAL 2026

A highlight of this edition was the Ambassadors Awards ceremony, a moment to recognize and thank those who actively bring our solutions to life in the field and contribute to the success of growers every day. As RED Horticulture President said “It was an incredible SIVAL and a huge thank you to all our clients for visiting us.”

Looking ahead to the 40th edition of SIVAL

As SIVAL 2026 comes to an end, we would like to warmly thank all visitors, partners, ambassadors and organizers who contributed to the success of this edition.

“The interest shown in the RED-T and in MY RED confirms that the market is ready for more advanced, data-driven lighting strategies.” – Timo SPRUIJT, CCO.

We are already looking forward to the 40th edition of SIVAL, where RED Horticulture will once again be present to share innovations, expertise and solutions that help shape the future of horticulture.

See you next year in Angers for SIVAL’s 40th edition.
