Are you ready to let your creativity illuminate the world of horticulture? RED Horticulture, a dynamic French start-up,

looking for an enthusiastic marketeer to help us make a significant impact in the industry. Since our inception in 2018, we have been pioneers in photobiology for greenhouses, specializing in the innovative application of LED lighting to enhance crop performance while minimizing energy consumption. Our mission is to address the global food challenge. To achieve this, our team of 35 professionals, spread across Europe and including engineers, agronomists, researchers, project managers, and technicians, is dedicated to leveraging the latest in LED technology and specialized light recipes.

Your role

As a team member, you will be full time (?) supporting in building and promoting RED Horticulture’s presence in the Netherlands while working alongside the Marketing Manager and a diverse group of experts. No two days are the same in this role, offering you a unique opportunity to showcase your skills and grow with us.

What we are looking for

A minimum of MBO 4 level education with 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing and communications.

A proactive, hands-on approach with a love for social media and AI.

Proficiency in tools such as Indesign or Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, ChatGPT, WordPress and modern CRM-tools.

A flair for organizing and the thrill of executing a meticulously planned campaign to success.

Knowledge and experience in electrotechnics and/or greenhouse horticulture are a plus.

While knowledge of the French language is advantageous, fluency in English and Dutch is crucial.
