Sales Representative Benelux (F/M)

RED Horticulture is a pioneer in the application of photobiology in the greenhouse.
Our expertise: turn our knowledge in photobiology into global, efficient, and adapted solutions for growers.
RED solutions allow to increase yield, earliness, brix rate and homogeneity while controlling greenhouse’s energy consumption.
As part of the reinforcement of our sales team, we are looking for a Sales Representative Benelux to improve our sales in the area.

Missions :

– Identify and reach out to potential customers by researching and analyzing the market
– Demonstrate and promote the product by giving presentations,
conducting product demonstrations, and addressing any customer
concerns.
– Provide customer service by ensuring timely follow-up, addressing customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the product
– Emphasize the features of products while highlighting how to solve potential customer problems
– Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
– Collaborate with colleagues in transversal approach (agronomy, IT, product)
– Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
– Support the RED sales teams in other geographical areas

Desired Skills :

– Good knowledge of the horticultural field and ideally of lighting in professional greenhouses
– Commercial and negotiation skills
– Very good interpersonal skills
– Ability to interact with clients in the field of greenhouses
– Spirit of initiative
– Fluency in English

Profile :

You have a sales/commercial profile and enjoy advising and assisting propects/clients in the implementation of horticultural lighting project. You have good interpersonal skills and are committed to customer satisfaction. As a field
person, travel is not a problem for you.
